I’m on my ninth 16-week IsaBodyChallenge, and it’s a great experience. They have a place to keep track of your monthly stats, and have motivational success stories to keep you on track. There are even a few workouts available to follow. I am able to provide a private group of individuals to motivate you daily, if you’re interested.
