When I heard a cookbook called Celebrations, I looked into it and realized I had to get my hands on one. I applied to be part of her Launch Team, to share the products we create using her recipes! It’ll be here soon, but in the mean time, I was given a test recipe from Danielle Walker (the author) for one of my favorite things. CORN BREAD. BUT I can’t have corn, it’s one of those things that my immune system says NO to and I suffer if I ignore my better judgment.
This recipe actually called for NO CORN!!!!!!!!!!
I posted on Instagram the photo before I devoured these ‘corn’ muffins, and LOVE THEM!!!!
